OCEAN RITZ is a low density well maintained 23 story high rise condominium on Long Beach in PCB. Each unit is individually owned, managed, and reservations are made thru the owner or designated property managers. Many owners call Ocean Ritz their 2nd home.
Each floor has three units: 3BR/3BA units are in the center, and 4BR/4BA units are located on each end. All have ocean views with large balconies overlooking the Gulf. Our owners and guests love the spacious balconies with panoramic views, magnificent sunsets and cool Gulf breezes.
Ocean Ritz features drive through access to two elevators, and each unit has at least one reserved parking spot PLUS access Front Beach road, first-come, first-served overflow parking lot. Public parking is also available across the street at a cost of $6/day.
Amenities include a beachside private-shared heated pool and hot tub with beach access, grilling station with two gas grills and picnic area, vending machines, and a fitness center with sauna. Some units come with chairs, otherwise you can rent from the shack by our walkway. We also have free building-wide WiFi. Spring 2021 Note: We are under construction on all of our roofs. This will close some/all parking at intermittent times. Please contact your booking agent or property manger for questions. We have one over flow lot across the street. Behind that there is the city lot at $6 per day.
ALL guests must put a parking pass in their dash, this includes in the over flow lot. Only one car per unit in the over flow lot. We will tow vehicles that are parked in the wrong spot or vehicles parked without a valid parking passes.

Panama City Beach has so much to offer its visitors! From white, sandy beaches and emerald waters of the Gulf. There are amazing restaurants and local entertainment, shopping at Pier Park and other family amusement parks.
Hit the local fish markets to grill out at the pool, or find a favorite local restaurant, pub or bistro!
